Cancellation & Refund Policy

Effective Date: June 25, 2025

This Cancellation and Refund Policy applies to all room bookings made through our website (brightmeadowresorts.com), our reservation partners, or directly with Bright Meadow Dam View Resort.

1. Standard Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made 7 days or more before the check-in date will receive a full refund of the advance amount paid.
• Cancellations made within 7 days of the check-in date are non-refundable.
• No-shows or early departures are treated as last-minute cancellations and are not eligible for any refund.

2. Group Bookings & Long Stays

For group bookings (3 or more rooms) or bookings exceeding 5 nights, the cancellation period is extended to 14 days before the check-in date. Refunds are not applicable for cancellations within this period unless agreed otherwise at the time of booking.

3. Refund Processing

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days through the original mode of payment.
• Any payment gateway fees or bank charges are non-refundable.
• Refunds are not possible for payments made in cash at the property after check-in.

4. Exceptional Circumstances

In rare cases such as government travel bans, natural disasters, or official red alerts, the resort management may, at its discretion, offer alternative dates or partial refunds based on situational assessment. However, such decisions are not guaranteed and are evaluated case by case.

5. Modifications to Booking

• Booking date modifications are allowed based on availability and must be requested at least 7 days in advance.
• Rate differences may apply based on seasonal pricing or room category changes.
