Welcome to Bright Meadow Dam View Resort. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website (brightmeadowresorts.com) and your stay at our resort property in Anachal, Munnar. By using our services or making a reservation, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions.
1. Booking and Reservation Policy
- All bookings must be made by individuals aged 18 or older.
- Guests are required to provide valid government-issued identification at the time of check-in, as per the laws of Kerala Tourism and the Government of India.
- Room rates are subject to applicable taxes and may change without prior notice, unless a confirmed booking is in place.
- Special requests (e.g., early check-in, extra beds) are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
2. Check-In and Check-Out
- Check-in time: From 2:00 PM onwards
- Check-out time: Until 11:00 AM
- Late check-outs are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.
3. Guest Conduct
- Guests must behave respectfully toward staff, other guests, and the property. Any form of disruptive or unlawful behavior may result in removal without a refund.
- Smoking is not allowed inside rooms or indoor public areas. Designated smoking zones are available.
- The use of illegal substances, weapons, or hazardous items is strictly prohibited on the premises.
- Any damage to property caused by guests will be chargeable, and appropriate legal action may be taken if necessary.
4. Children and Additional Guests
- Children under 6 years of age may stay for free when using existing bedding.
- Extra persons or beds are subject to additional charges, as per room capacity and property policy.
- Accurate guest count must be provided at the time of booking. Unregistered guests are not allowed to stay overnight.
5. Pets
At present, pets are not allowed at Bright Meadow Dam View Resort, in order to maintain a peaceful and allergy-free environment for all guests.
6. Website Use
- By using our website, you agree not to engage in any activity that could damage, disable, or impair its functionality.
- All content, images, and trademarks on this site are the intellectual property of Bright Meadow Dam View Resort and may not be reused or reproduced without written permission.
7. Privacy and Data Protection
Your personal information is protected under our Privacy Policy. We only collect data necessary for communication, booking, and regulatory compliance, and we take all necessary precautions to secure it.
8. Force Majeure
We shall not be held liable for delays or service interruptions caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, strikes, or technical failures.
9. Legal Jurisdiction
This agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising from the use of our website or resort services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Kerala, India.
